1. Eligibility:
   a) The Prize draw is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
   b) Participants must be legal residents of the country in which the Prize draw is being held (United Kingdom)
   
   
2. Prize draw Organiser:
   a) The Prize draw is organised by Your Marketing Team.
   b) The Prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third party.
   
   
3. Prize draw Period:
   a) The Prize draw will begin on Thursday 27^th July at 19:00(GMT) and end on Thursday 5^th October 2023 at 19:00 (GMT).
   b) Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
   
   
4. How to Enter:
   a) Enter the Prize draw by completing this form.
   b) Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
   c) The prize draw is free to enter.
   
   
5. Winner Selection:
   a) The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   b) The draw will take place on Thursday 5^th October 2023, with the winner notified on the same day.
   c) The decision of the Prize draw organiser in selecting the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
6. Winner Notification:
   a) The winner will be notified via email on Thursday 5^th October 2023
   b) If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be randomly selected.
   
   
7. Prize Details:
   a) The prize is 10hours of marketing consultancy provided by Your Marketing Team to be completed by 31^st March 2024.
   b) The scope of works is to be agreed upon by the winner and Your Marketing Team in advance of any work being undertaken
   c) Any required consultancy sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability of the winner and Your Marketing Team.
   d) The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
   
   
8. Publicity:
   a) By entering the Prize draw, participants grant Your Marketing Team the right to use their names, photographs, and/or social media handles for promotional purposes without any further compensation.
   
   
9. Personal Data:
   a) Any personal information collected during the Prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without the participants' consent.
   
   
10. Disqualification:
    a) The Prize draw organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate or disrupt the entry process.
    b) Any offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content will result in immediate disqualification.
    
    
11. Liability:
    a) The Prize draw organiser will not be responsible for any lost, late, or incomplete entries or for any technical malfunctions that may affect the Prize draw.
    b) The Prize draw organiser will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by any participant arising from their participation in the Prize draw or acceptance of the prize.
    
    
12. Changes and Termination:
    a) The Prize draw organiser reserves the right to amend or terminate the Prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    a) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Great Britain.
    b) Any disputes arising in connection with the Prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Great Britain.
