Renewed Hope
A local charity based in Redhill who provide practical solutions and emotional support to the homeless, vulnerable and isolated in and around East Surrey. After a 3 year Covid break, the Winter Night Shelter is returning for this year. This is a program that provides a welcoming and safe space for rough sleepers. 2nd December - All Day
From 11:30-5pm on Saturday 2nd December, Reigate will be hosting their annual Christmas fayre. It’s a wonderful way to kick start the festive season! Church Street will be lined with food, drink and gift stalls as well as a stage on the Western end which is fully booked with a variety of entertainment lined up. There is also a tombola for family festive fun. The light switch on will be at 4:30pm (we wonder which famous face will be doing the honours this year?!)
2nd December - Morning
For an event more tailored to keeping the kids entertained, why not head to Priory Park to watch Santa arrive in Reigate in style! With Father Christmas flying in by helicopter, fairground rides, hot food and drink and many other entertainment stalls, name a more festive way to get in the spirit as a family… (It’s okay we’ll wait).
7th December - Evening
If you’re looking for a peaceful time away from the children, then this late night shopping event will be perfect for you. Starting at 5pm, independents such as Adams Gallery, Gedo, Inside Out Health and The Reigate Pop-Up will be open alongside High Street favourites, with many not closing until 8pm! With some offering a glass of champagne or food as you shop as well as discounts for that night only. This event is a no rush, no fuss experience for you to find that one of a kind gift.
