We work alongside Government approved training provider The Development Manager (TDM),  offering a combination of remote learning and on hands on experience supported by a team of office-based marketing professionals.

At TDM, apprentices on the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer programme receive structured training and support throughout their apprenticeship journey. Learning is delivered through a blend of live workshops, one-to-one coaching, online learning resources and practical workplace application, enabling apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a successful marketing career. Topics include digital marketing strategy, social media, content creation, email marketing, SEO, data and analytics, and campaign planning. Apprentices are supported by a dedicated skills coach who works closely with both the learner and employer to ensure progress, achievement and real business impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting research that contributes to the planning and delivery of client marketing strategies.
